Joe is a beautiful, large framed black & tan dog with excellent markings and is progeny from Al's first sired litter. He has an excellent nature.
He has only worked sheep a few times and is showing excellent cover, distance and presence. We have placed him in the force pen/race only the once and he is happy to back the sheep and bark on command. He is showing lovely natural work, very similar to his father, Wheelers Al, when he was a young dog.
We are continuing Joe's training and will keep this page posted as to his progress.
Ameroo Major -
WKC Reg. 52903 Sire: Karrobar Sargeant (Karrobar Moss x Karrobar Gin) Dam: Capree Fern III (Capree Blue II x Capree Poppy) Colour: Black & Tan DOB: 23 September 2009
Major is a large framed black & tan dog with lovely markings and a darker face. He has a lovely nature and is a pleasure to be around, due to his happy personality.
He is really enjoying his sheep work and is balancing well and holding his mob together nicely. He has good cover on his sheep and a nice amount of eye. In the force pen/race he is happy to be on the backs of the sheep and will bark on command.
We have been happy with the male pups we have retained from Fern's previous litters and hope that Sargeant will be an excellent addition to our bloodlines.
