Tear is a welcome outside addition to our stud. He has an extremely quiet, gentle, mature nature and is just happy to be around us.

Tear is Justin's best yard trial dog. Although he hasn't attended a huge number of trials, Tear has managed to place in every event he has competed in, bar one. Tear is showing great promise and managed to obtain the following placings at the trials he has attended:

1st - Local Event - Eumungerie 2009
3rd - Novice Event - Eumungerie 2009
2nd - Maiden Event - Dubbo Show 2009
3rd - Improver Event - Dubbo Show 2009
1st - Maiden Event - Warren Show 2009
3rd - Novice Event - Warren Show 2009
4th - Open Event - Manildra Show 2009
2nd - Open Event - Mendooran Show 2010
2nd - Local Event - Dubbo Show 2010
2nd - Improver Event - Dubbo Show 2010

Tear is a natural in both the yards and the paddock. He is our best station sire and is our best station worker. We can always rely upon Tear to get the job done. In the yards he has natural back and will bark on command or when he needs to. He is calm and steady on the sheep, yet fires up when needed. Tear has no problem loading a truck or shearing shed pens and we strongly rely upon Tear moving sheep in and out of the small pens in our lamb feedlot where his calmness and steadiness is a real bonus.

In the paddock Tear is happy to give the sheep some distance, is nice and steady on his feet and does not hassle the sheep, meaning the sheep remain nice and calm.

Tear has sired numerous litters of pups here at our Stud and is proving a very valuable service sire. He currently has two (2) sired litters of pups on the ground at the moment, being repeat joinings with both Capree Fern III and Ameroo Tess (see our Pups for Sale page). We have a young bitch, Ameroo Meg, out of Tear's last litter of pups. Meg is showing huge promise and we will keep the website posted with Meg's progression. We have received excellent feedback from customers who have purchased a pup from Tear's previous litters.

Al is one of our younger sires and is one of the most natural dogs we have ever had the pleasure of owning.

Al is a very steady and smart dog in the yards and will fire up when necessary. He is always thinking and quick to act. He is a natural backer and barks on command. He is not frightened to get in amongst the sheep and has excellent cover on his stock. Al works the yards well, as well as loading trucks and the shearing shed.

Al has brought some excellent outside blood into our Stud and is providing us with sound minded pups. He has sired a litter of pups out of Ameroo Dan and we are really happy with the pup we have retained from this litter, Ameroo Joe. Joe is very sound in the mind and has plenty of presence on his sheep and is working the sheep with his head held high, which we really like. Joe is only very young, however we will keep the website updated as to his progress.
