Fern is the ultimate all rounder and one of the toughest bitches we have seen. She is smart, versatile, steady in the paddock and just knows what she needs to do to get the job done. Put her in the yards and she has all the grunt that is needed. She will back and bark, has great cover and has no problems at all loading a truck or shearing shed. Fern will work all day and has an excellent temperament. The pups from Fern's previous litters are outstanding and have sold extremely well, both as pups and started dogs.

Ameroo Tess - WKC Reg. A3F 14624 06
DOB: 4 September 2006

Colour: Black & Tan
Sire: Jalinda Johnny
Dam: Capree Fern III
(See PEDIGREE page for the complete Pedigree of Tess)

Tess is the daughter of Fern and has been retained by us for breeding purposes, however any bitch retained for breeding must also be a good worker. She has plenty of force in the yards, with natural back and bark on command. She works the paddock well with good balance. Tess has a lovely temperament.

Ameroo Dan - WKC Reg. 50859
DOB: 26 April 2008

Colour: Black & Tan
Sire: Capree Boss II
Dam: Ameroo Tess
(See PEDIGREE page for the complete Pedigree of Dan)

Dan is one of our younger bitches. She is progeny from our Tess and sired by Chris Stapleton's Boss II. We used Boss as the sire for this cross for a couple of reasons. Firstly, Tess is a very fine boned bitch and we wanted to put some bone structure into her pups - we have achieved our aim as Dan is a beautiful big framed bitch, with plenty of leg under her and good bone structure. Secondly, Chris has told us that Boss bitches breed on extremely well and from the few litters Dan has had, this is evident.

Dan has always shown natural ability in her work. She is nice and steady on her feet in the yards, with good cover and some open bark.

Ameroo Rose - WKC Reg. 51975
Sire: Cherokee Chief
(Karrobar Sargeant X Cherokee Carla)
Dam: Capree Fern III (Capree Blue II X Capree Poppy)
Colour: Black & Tan
DOB: 2 February 2009

(See PEDIGREE page for the complete Pedigree of Rose)

Rose is a smaller black & tan bitch with a darker face. She has a lovely nature.

She is working well in the yards and holding the mob together well as we weigh the lambs. She has a good amount of open bark in her and is showing some good natural work. We are keen to progress with Rose's training regime as both the sire and dam of this litter are excellent dogs.

Ameroo Meg II - WKC Reg. 52617
Sire: Capree Tear
(Capree Beau II x Capree Ring II)
Dam: Ameroo Dan (Capree Boss II x Ameroo Tess)
Colour: Black & Tan
DOB: 27 June 2009

(See PEDIGREE page for the complete Pedigree of Meg II)

Meg is a black & tan bitch with lovely markings. She reminds us very much for her father, Capree Tear.

She is one of our young bitches and she has only shown sheep a handful of few times, however she is really enjoying her work and moves really nicely around the sheep, with excellent body flex and great cover. She also has some open bark and works with her head held high, which we really like. She also has a nice bounce in her stride when working.

We are yet to finish Meg's training, however really look forward to working more with her. We believe she will be an excellent station and yard trial bitch and we look forward to breeding in time.
